Tournaments

We have 100 spots open for the Warhammer 40k GT. The 40K GT is an ITC event but most importantly, it is the season finale tournament for the Texas Championship Circuit. 

The winner will receive a coveted WarGamesCon champ belt.

Two winners of the 40K event will receive tickets to the inaugural World Championship of Warhammer 40K event in Atlanta, GA Nov. 16-19 2023.

The Age of Sigmar GT is an ITC event and the winner of it will receive a coveted WarGamesCon champ belt!

All the terrain for the tables is being custom made and we’re so excited to show it to you!

The schedule for WarGamesCon is jam-packed all weekend long including a 3 day Narrative event that you will not want to miss!

Additionally, we’ll have the following games: Marvel Crisis Protocol, Long War Doubles, and Kill Team!

Friday will be a full day of gaming followed by the big tournaments on Saturday and Sunday.

Located in the heart of Bastrop, Texas the convention center is conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom Airport. 

There are multiple hotels located nearby for convenient stays.

With hundreds of players planning their arrival we know logistics are hard to plan and we’ve got you covered.

For lodging we’ve secured a room discount at the Hampton Inn just down the street from the convention center.

It’s never fun to game on an empty stomach! We’ll have a caterer on site to provide refreshments during the day AND food trucks at meal times.

And of course what’s a day of gaming without a cold drink to celebrate those victories? The bar will be open throughout the day to celebrate or drown your sorrows.

Onsite Safety

Your safety and comfort is our TOP PRIORITY at WarGamesCon and we’re doing everything we can to welcome you back safely.

  • We will be following all guidelines set out by the State.
  • Masks are optional (this will be reviewed closer to WGC and will be in line with State guidelines).
  • We will have increased and regular deep cleaning.
  • There will be hand sanitizer stations available.
